Credits are sold as usage units for interview assistance sessions. We may update or discontinue features, and we may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

Service is provided on an as-is basis to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or specific interview outcomes.
